HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vale Housing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
