HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Ashton Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
