HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Works is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
