HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Diego, CA)

Westbrook Fern Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
