HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Clear Farms is an agricultural business based around San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
