HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Quarry Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the San Antonio area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
