HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
