HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Rowan Health Group is a healthcare provider in San Antonio with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
