HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Mill Legal Group is a law firm in San Antonio serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
