HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Linden Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
