HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Umber Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
