HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Field Staffing is a San Antonio staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
