HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in San Antonio with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
