HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Willow Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
