HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Nest Financial Partners serves customers across San Antonio with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
