HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Meadow Insurance is an insurance company in San Antonio with claims and service teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
