HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Basin Civic Services Group supports public agencies in San Antonio with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
