HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Mill Energy Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
