HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Nest Staffing places workers with employers around Salt Lake City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
