HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Meadow Water Authority Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
