HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Yarrow Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
