HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Construction and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
