HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Vista Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Salt Lake City and nearby communities, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
