HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Lantern Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Salt Lake City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
