HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Timber Pharma develops and makes medicines in Salt Lake City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
