HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Salt Lake City with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
