HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Summit Willow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Salt Lake City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
