HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Salt Lake City with a full calendar of events. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
