HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Sable Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Salt Lake City and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 910 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
