HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Wren Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
