HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Pike Early Learning Partners operates neighbourhood childcare around Salt Lake City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
