HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Corner Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Salt Lake City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
