HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms is an agricultural business based around Sacramento, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
