HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Sacramento, CA)

Fernwood Vale Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Sacramento producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
