HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Sacramento, CA)

Summit Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in Sacramento supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
