HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Sacramento, CA)

Rivermark Summit Property Management Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
