HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Rowan Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
