HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Wren Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Sacramento. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
