HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Thistle Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
