HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Corner Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Sacramento. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
