HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Sacramento, CA)

Fernwood Ivory Health provides primary and specialty care in Sacramento, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
