HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Mill Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
