HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Sacramento, CA)

Rivermark Ashton Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
