HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Fox Property Management manages apartment communities around Sacramento. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 440 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
