HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Rochester, NY)

Redstone Birch Care Services supports families and individuals in Rochester with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
