HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath Ember Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct.
