HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Amber Medical Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
