HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Facilities is a facilities company in Richmond with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
