HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Beacon Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Richmond. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
