HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Ridge Staffing is a Richmond staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
